EVANGELISM & OUTREACH: Sharing our faith is vital to our spiritual growth. Join our many evangelistic and outreach groups for training and activities that allow you to share your faith in many ways. See the Outreach and Missions section for more details on these groups.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING: Wednesday, 3:45 - 5 PM, at the church. Open to all ages. Group begins August 30th and meets bi-weekly. Learn how to develop your skills as a leader and grow as a person and child of God. Training covers many aspects of life and leadership. Call Pastor Tom for more information.
SARASOTA BIBLE COLLEGE: In 2003 F.O.B. began Sarasota Bible College. S.B.C. is an interdenominational training school. The purpose is to raise up prepared ministers of the Gospel to minister to the local church and foreign cultures. Programs of study include Bible and Ministry concentrations and Missionary Studies. SHORT TERM MISSION TRIP: This is a great opportunity to share your faith and serve others. We will train you, give you opportunities to raise funds for your trip and send you off for a trip that will make a lasting impact on you and those you meet. SMALL GROUP LEADERSHIP: This orientation occurs on a Sunday evening, twice a year. It covers the basics in leading a Small Group with purpose and confidence. A manual is given to all new leaders. Call Pastor Tom for information.
Small Groups generally run 15-16 weeks in the Fall and Spring.
