Food Ministry

We are thankful to so many in our church that help in reaching out to others in the area of distributing food.  We do this in several ways:

• Every Sunday we give out bread and many other types of food that has been donated to us by Publix.  We have a Food Ministry Team that alternate picking up the food late Saturday evenings and bringing it to the church for distribution on Sundays. 
• We also have a Food Ministry Team that helps cook the food for our Evangelistic Outreach Group called Alpha.  If you're interested in helping families with food please call the church office.  We'd love to have you on the team!
• Our Street Ministry works with the Homeless in Sarasota on a regular basis to distribute food to those in need.
• We provide food and other items of need to help in disaster relief such as hurricane devastation, etc.
