• Alpha Course: The basics of Christianity, build relationships, includes a hot meal
• Church Membership Course: Find a place to belong, become accountable

 

What is Alpha?

Alpha is a non-threatening, relational way to talk about the Meaning of Life.  With a free, home cooked meal each week, course attendees and trained leaders discuss who God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit and the Bible are all about.  No one will point their finger at you, preach to you or put you down.  But we will tell you the uncompromising truth from the Word of God in a way you can understand.  So come meet our leadership team and get in on some great cooking prepared by caring people, just for you!  We meet on Wednesday nights in the back of the church sanctuary during the Spring and Fall seasons.  Meals start at 6:15 p.m. and the meeting concludes at 8:30 p.m.   Your children are more than welcome to join us for dinner then participate in our exciting Children's Programs at 7 p.m.  For more info on that click on the Royal Rangers or Pioneers groups in our Ministries section.  If you're interested in coming to Alpha call the church office at 957-3333 or email Pastor Tom at tom@fob.info   Hope to see you there!  For more information on Salvation and Christian Values, click on the “Our Church“ section of our site.

 

What is the Church Membership Course?

Our Church Membership Course is a five week course that is usually held from 9 AM to 9:45 AM on Sunday mornings in February and October each year.  To sign up for our next course or get more information please call the church office at 957-3333.  Our course deals with the following topics:
